Literature Festival Members’ priority booking

Ticket booking for The Times Cheltenham Literature Festival 2010 is now exclusively open to Cheltenham Festivals Members until Sunday 15 August.

Call volumes are very high on this busy first day, and you may experience a wait of some time to book your tickets over the phone. We appreciate your patience, and will answer your call as soon as possible.

Phone line opening hours have been extended to 8am – 10pm Monday and Tuesday, or you may wish to visit the Town Hall in person, which will be open for bookings until 8pm. Alternatively, you may wish to post or fax in your booking form. Priority booking lasts the entire week, and members are able to book their tickets before anyone else until Sunday, 15 August.

Booking is exclusively open to current members today and tomorrow; new membership applications are welcome from Wednesday 11 August.

Members’ brochures will arrive in the post by Saturday, 7 August or
view the brochure online.

Terms and conditions

  1. All those joining the Membership Scheme between 8–13 June will be entered into the draw to win the collection of science books
  2. One entry will be made per new membership
  3. Books must be collected from Cheltenham Festivals’ offices in Bath Road, Cheltenham within 30 days of the prize notification. Arrangements for the collection must be made by the winner: Cheltenham Festivals are unable to deliver or pay for delivery of the prize.
  4. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the end of the competition. Confirmation must be made by the winner within 48 hours.
  5. No cash alternative will be given. The decision of Cheltenham Festivals is final.

Cheltenham Festivals members get to book their science festival tickets a whole week in advance and save 20% on their choice of ten events at June’s science festival. Five days packed with exciting experiments, inspiring intrigue and spectacular science, more on membership/join online.
