Browse online, book by phone — information for members

Members’ priority booking for the Barclays Cheltenham Jazz Festival starts on Monday 15 February and runs until 21 February.

Although Members can browse events online during this time, unfortunately it isn’t possible to book online yet.

We understand that you may prefer to book online and regret that currently it’s not possible to purchase Member’s advance and discounted tickets in this way. We are working on a new box office system that will allow concessionary tickets to be bought online, and meet the demands of Members. We do understand that this is far from ideal but thank you for your understanding while we address it.

To help, we’ve extended the box office opening hours for the first two weeks of booking when we know things will be busy, (see our full festival box office opening times), for telephone opening times see below:

Telephone opening times (15–28 Feb):
9am–8pm Monday to Friday
9.30am–6.30pm on Saturday and 11am–4pm on Sunday.

Not a Member yet? Due to high demand, priority booking is only open to current members for the first two busy days of priority booking. If you’d like to become a Member and enjoy priority booking and discounts at all four festivals throughout 2010, please do call our box office from Wednesday onwards.

There’s just one week left to buy a whole year’s Festival Membership …if you need it to arrive in time for Christmas that is!

If you’d like to treat someone to a Cheltenham Festivals Membership, be sure to order before Monday 14th December for it to get to them in time.

If you know someone who loves the Festivals and you’d like to make their experience just a little bit more special, it could be the perfect gift: as a Member for every 2010 Festival, they would enjoy priority booking, generous ticket discounts, exclusive Directors’ Picks and members’ events throughout the year.

It’s also nearly the last chance to buy at the introductory 2009 prices: options range from £15 to £47, with packages for individuals, couples and families.
